AN open door to the creative processes of Central: kitchen, liquids, and theobromas.
Central Immersion is an invitation to understand the process before the result. A guided experience that allows you to observe the multiple ways in which the territory becomes gastronomy.
For approximately six hours, each visitor travels through the spaces where ideas are conceived, tested, and refined before they arrive at the table. We begin in the Experimental Garden, a living space where species, techniques, and questions are cultivated. Then, the Mater Space, a living archive of interdisciplinary projects. Next are the creative spaces of Kitchen, Liquids, and Theobromas: places of testing, experimentation, and discovery. This is an active visit, designed for those who, in addition to seeking a tasting, seek knowledge, context, and access.
The tour culminates in the Central Hall, with the tasting World in Slope featuring 13 moments and 32 preparations, with a complete pairing. A sequence that, after having seen its origin, takes on another dimension.
